Sup, my name is Malik X. Williams. I’m a multi-ethnic 2D Character Designer/Illustrator and middle school Animation educator based in Elk Grove, California. I’m currently the Executive Producer for my school’s K9 Studios for Animation.

I graduated from San Jose State University’s Design Studies program with a Graphic Design concentration in 2019 and received my Master of Arts in Education from CSU, Sacramento in 2021. I’ve always been fascinated with animation, comics, and the character designs the spawn from them and since I was young, desired to see my character in entertainment media one day.

When I’m not burnt out from teaching all day, you can find me gaming, drawing, playing Dungeons and Dragons with the wonderful Capped Dice crew, or watching Bleach for the millionth time.

I’ve had the honor of working for or in collaboration with: Animation Intern™, Creator X, and B Street Theatre. And I’m looking forward to extending that list.
